Why did I not get any confirmation email after I made my booking?

You should always receive a confirmation email after completing a booking with us. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

When will I be picked up for my Thailand day tour?
Pickup times depend on your hotel location and the specific tour. The timing shown on our website is approximate. Once you complete your booking, we will send your exact pickup time by email. Whether you're in Phuket, Krabi, Chiang Mai, Koh Chang, or Koh Samui, we’ll ensure you’re collected promptly so you don’t miss a minute of your adventure.

How do I pay for my tour?
You can book directly on our website using a credit card with PayPal or Apple Pay. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive your tour voucher and pickup details by email.

Cancellations and Changes

 

Can I cancel my tour booking?
Yes! We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time, unfortunately, no refund is available. We recommend letting us know as early as possible if your travel plans change.

Yes, most of our Thailand day tours include hotel pickup and drop-off in central areas. If you’re staying outside the main pickup zone, we’ll let you know if there’s a small additional charge or arrange an alternative meeting point.
