Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed email with your receipt and tour information. A team member will then reach out to provide your exact hotel pickup time and assist with any questions.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your tour. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption through PayPal or Apple Pay.

Tour dates are fixed once booked. If your plans change, please notify us as early as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate requests made well in advance. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the tour date may not be possible and will not be refundable if not accommodated.

Pickup times depend on your hotel location and are approximate on our website. After booking, our team will provide your exact pickup time. For insurance purposes, please provide your full name exactly as it appears on your passport. If we cannot contact you before your tour to confirm pickup details or your hotel name, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

• Free cancellation available up to 24 hours before your tour start time.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Failure to provide your hotel details in time for pickup will result in cancellation without refund.

• Cancellation fees may only be waived for illness or injury if you provide original medical documentation from a licensed doctor. Weather, political, or social events are not grounds for cancellation fee waivers unless covered by your travel insurance.

• If Thrilling Thai Tours cancels your tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, permits, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
